Tailwater Outfitters, LLC maintains the requisite licensing, insurance, and permitting to conduct commercial outfitting and guided fly fishing in Colorado. By booking a trip or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

I. Guided fly fishing trip terms

Licensing

Tailwater Outfitters, LLC operates under Colorado Outfitter License #3325. Guiding without the proper license is a violation of Colorado law. We are regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

Cancellation policy

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed in full for the day.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your trip receive a refund, less the booking fee and credit card fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip are charged the full amount.
• Changes to the number of people in your group require 24 hours' notice.
• All trips will depart rain or shine as scheduled. Tailwater Outfitters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to weather (lightning), river levels (too high or too low), or other extenuating circumstances at no cost to the customer.

Insurance & bonding

Tailwater Outfitters, LLC is insured through Bissell Agency and bonded with Western Surety Company. Proof is available upon request.

Release of liability

All anglers must complete a Release of Liability before participating in the scheduled activity.

II. Additional terms of service

A. Terms of online store / service

By using this site or our services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of your services.

B. Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content on this site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current, or for any typographical errors or inaccuracies.

C. Accuracy of information

All reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders without prior notice.

Prices for our services and products are subject to change without notice.

Certain services or products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales by geographic region and to discontinue any offering at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed and may limit or cancel quantities purchased. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

I. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Under no circumstance shall Tailwater Outfitters, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or guides be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tailwater Outfitters, LLC.

The service and all materials on this site are owned or licensed by Tailwater Outfitters, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property law. They may not be used without our express written consent.
